可以協助他人認清自己
又可以讓自己更了解自己處在那裡
是一件利人利己之事
最近有二位個案常處在抱怨中…
從他們的言談中找不出有正面的思想
總認為是別人的問題，而不是自己的問題…
從言談中，可以聽出，要別人負起他們不快樂的責任…
哎！人們總是把責任推到別人身上，
是阿，把事情推到別人身上真的是比較容易。
要面對自己的問題是最困難之事…
有時會從他們身上看到過去的我…
再次地讓我認清事實
這時我會告訴自己，你看這個人就是你
你看到沒，你以前是如何的對待你自己
你要感謝這個人坐在你前面
讓你有機會再一次地療癒自己
好好地把握機會多愛自己一點，多陪伴自己一點。
這就是我喜歡靈性工作的原因
可以協助人們認清自己又可以療癒自己

It is such a brilliant thing to do spiritual work. While helping people get to know themselves better, you can also learn about where you are.  It is something you do to benefit others as well as yourself. 
Recently, I have two clients who constantly complain. It was almost impossible to find any positive thoughts from their talks. They seem to think it’s always other people’s problems rather than their own. 
From the conversation with them, I can tell that they attribute their unhappiness to other people. People tend to hold others responsible for their problems as it is much easier than facing these problems on their own. 
Sometimes I see my old self in these people and I would tell myself, see, you were like one of them. Take a good look at how you used to behalf. You need to be grateful for this person sitting in front of you so you have a chance to once again heal yourself, love as well as company yourself more. 
This is why I enjoy doing spiritual work because when you are helping people see themselves more clearly, you are simultaneously healing yourself.
